Jose Gil is a seasoned aviation maintenance professional with nearly three decades of experience across avionics, heavy maintenance, and AOG response operations.

His foundation was built in avionics, where he developed deep expertise in system diagnostics, wiring, and complex aircraft systems — a background that naturally transitioned into high-level AOG environments where precision and decision-making under pressure are critical.

Jose has supported a wide range of aircraft, including Gulfstream, Falcon, Challenger, Global, Citation (including Citation X), Embraer, Learjet, Hawker, and Boeing platforms. His experience spans corporate, commercial, and international operations, including work with major operators and global maintenance programs.

As Managing Member of Topflight Aviation USA, Jose provides overall leadership and technical direction, ensuring every operation is executed with accuracy, control, and accountability.

He is recognized for his ability to diagnose complex issues, make critical decisions under pressure, and deliver results within demanding operational time constraints.

Every situation is approached with safety first, followed by controlled execution within the time required to return the aircraft to service.
